Health and wellness. We chase it, but it’s hard to grasp. It has been overcomplicated and we’re fed information that is sometimes untrue.
Which is why I think taking this approach is a lot more sensible. There are things we know for sure. Spinach is good for you. Red meat and processed meat is a carcinogen. But the nitty gritty things that people argue over? That’s where your body is the answer.
Simplify your life
Simply by using the following information and applying it some of the time. Yes, sometimes. Because perfection is impossible, but luckily these tips are easy peasy.
Nonetheless, take it slow. Build a habit with the following.
Firstly, for seven (7) days you should try and avoid all preservatives. Just for a week. This way you can keep a food journal and truly assess how this impacts you.
There’s information out there that suggests preservatives aren’t recognised as food by our brains, which means it may turn into fat or run straight out of your body undigested.
Preservatives may make it hard for your body to absorb nutrients. The body may store fat because it’s not getting enough nutrients. They could be the cause of your bloating, indigestion and constipation. So, it’s worth experimenting!
Eat slower. It may help combat those negatives effects.
How To Avoid The Bad Impact of Preservatives
Slow down. Eating slower can combat the impact, but it’s still not great for you. Preservatives may make it hard for your body to absorb the nutrients in our food. The body usually holds onto fat because you may not be getting enough nutrients.
If you feel your digestion is absolutely awful at the moment then definitely look into digestive enzymes. I take them with meals that I find will be harder to digest and I feel SO good. I don’t get bloating or acid reflux as I usually do without digestive enzymes!
Candida is a yeast that feeds on sugar. It can spill through to the bloodstream and slow metabolism and destroy concentration. It may cause yeast infections, gas and bloating and may hijack hormones and forces you to crave sugar.
How To Kick Candida to The Curb
Probiotics. Try and find one with 10 unique strains if you’re looking for pills. Alternatively, stock up on tempeh (bake thin strips of it – yummo!), kombucha and sauerkraut.
III TROUBLE OVEREATING?
Matcha may be your answer. EGCG is green tea extract in its purest form and may increase programmed cell death in mature fat cells. “The EGCG concentration from drinking matcha is three times higher than that of regular green tea, according to an analysis the “Journal of Chromatography” reported in September 2003. The EGCG in matcha may boost your metabolism during moderate-intensity exercise, thus enhancing weight loss, suggests a small study.” – LiveStrong.
Exciting information. Easy changes.
